Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs zero billing info — 5 credits a day plus a one-time 300-credit welcome bonus, enough for a real first build. We only ask for a card when you upgrade.
Is there a trial?
There's no trial clock at all. Every account starts on the free plan and stays there as long as you like. The welcome bonus gives you a full taste of paid-quality builds before you spend a cent.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited end users on your published apps — thousands of customers logging in costs you nothing extra. Builder seats (people who can edit apps with you) are included per plan.
What is a published-app slot?
Drafts are unlimited on every paid plan — you only use a slot when an app goes live. Each plan includes a number of live apps, and extra slots are a flat monthly add-on. Unpublishing an app frees its slot instantly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no commitment. If a payment fails your apps stay fully live for 21 days while we retry. Your projects and data remain stored and restorable for 12 months after a cancellation — resubscribe and everything comes back with one click. Export of your data and code is available at every stage, always.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Purchased credits are yours — they survive cancellation and remain usable for 12 months from purchase. Monthly plan credits stop accruing when the plan ends.
I already have a Tadabase account. Is this a second bill?
No. Tadabase AI and Tadabase share one account. Existing Tadabase subscribers keep their current plan and get a monthly Tadabase AI credit grant included — Tadabase AI arrives as an upgrade to what you already pay for, not a new subscription.
Can I bring my own Anthropic API key?
Yes, on Enterprise. You pay Anthropic directly and we charge no AI markup on those runs.
