Field service software, described instead of bought.

Scheduling, dispatch, job tracking, on-site capture and invoicing are one system when you describe them together. Tell the AI how your crews actually work and it builds the board, the mobile job view, the customer notifications and the invoice, with each role seeing only its own work.

The old way.

What it looks like before the app.

  • The schedule lives in three places

A whiteboard, a group chat and a spreadsheet, none of which agree by 10am.

  • Paper comes back from the field

Photos, signatures and parts used arrive days later, if at all, and someone re-types them.

  • Off-the-shelf tools fit someone else

Every field service product assumes a workflow that is almost yours. Almost is where the workarounds start.

What Tadabase AI builds for you.

Describe it once and these are the parts you get, each wired to the same data, the same logins and the same rules.

  • Dispatch board

Jobs by status with the assigned tech, priority and time window. Dispatchers move work between crews when the day slips.

  • Technician view on a phone

Each tech sees only their stops. They complete a job with photos, parts, notes and a customer signature.

  • Customer notifications

On-my-way, completed and invoice-ready messages fire from workflow steps you can read and edit.

  • Quotes to invoices

A quote becomes a job becomes an invoice without re-entry. Line items, tax and status are fields, not a template.

  • Parts and inventory

Stock by truck and by warehouse, deducted when a job closes, with low-stock alerts to whoever reorders.

  • Service agreements

Recurring visits generated from the contract, with renewal reminders before anything lapses.

What’s underneath.

The same platform runs every app the AI builds, so none of this is yours to wire up.

Roles and row-level security
Who sees which records is decided on the server, per role and per row. Not by hiding buttons.
Workflows you can open
Every automation the AI builds is a list of steps you can read, edit and watch fire. Change the words, save, no regenerate.
Portals for outsiders
Clients, tenants, partners, parents or the public log in and see only their own slice of the same tables.
Audit trail
Every login, every change and every export is recorded with who, when and from where.
Real data, real fields
A date is a date, a status is a dropdown, a record links to its parent. Import the spreadsheet you have today.
Change it by clicking
Pick any component on any page and you get its settings, not code. Add a column, rename a field, done.

Questions, answered.

Read the docs
Can technicians use it on a phone?

Yes. Every app the AI builds is a responsive web app. Technicians open their job list in the phone browser, complete jobs with photos and signatures, and nothing needs installing from an app store.

Can each technician see only their own jobs?

That is row-level security, and it is decided on the server, not by hiding buttons. Describe it in the prompt ("technicians only see jobs assigned to them, dispatchers see everything") and the AI sets the rule on the Jobs table.

What happens when I need to change the workflow?

Open it. Every automation is a list of steps: trigger, condition, action. Edit the email subject, add a step, save. No prompt, no regeneration, nothing else moves.

Can I bring the schedule I have in a spreadsheet?

Import it. Columns become typed fields, and the AI links jobs to customers and technicians as records rather than repeated text.

Do customers get notified automatically?

Yes. On-my-way, completed and invoice notifications are workflow steps that send email from your app. You can read exactly what fires and when.

Describe your dispatch day. Run it by this afternoon.
