Property management, built around your buildings.
Listings, leases, rent status, maintenance requests and owner statements are one set of connected tables. Describe your portfolio and the AI builds the manager dashboard, the tenant portal and the work-order flow, with tenants and owners each seeing only what is theirs.
Describe your property management app — we’ll build it now.
We started the prompt for you. Edit it, or describe your own app.
The old way.
What it looks like before the app.
-
Requests arrive everywhere
Texts, emails and voicemails become work orders only if someone remembers to write them down.
-
The rent roll is a spreadsheet
Which units are vacant, who is late and when leases end are questions that take an afternoon.
-
Owners want statements yesterday
Monthly reporting means copying numbers between systems and hoping they match.
What Tadabase AI builds for you.
Describe it once and these are the parts you get, each wired to the same data, the same logins and the same rules.
-
Properties, units and leases
Linked records: a unit belongs to a property, a lease belongs to a unit and a tenant. Vacancy is a query, not a guess.
-
Tenant portal
Tenants log in, see their lease and balance, submit a repair request with photos and follow its status.
-
Work orders
Requests become work orders assigned to a vendor, with status updates that notify the tenant automatically.
-
Rent and late tracking
Payment status per lease, automated reminders before the due date and a late list for the manager.
-
Owner statements
Income and expenses roll up per property; owners see their own buildings through their own login.
-
Lease renewals
A workflow flags leases ending in 60 days and drafts the renewal task before anyone forgets.
Property apps, ready to describe.
Start from a real prompt, change anything that doesn’t fit, then build it.
Loads this prompt into the prompt box- Tenant & property portal A property management portal — tenants pay rent, submit maintenance requests with photos, and see their lease documents and payment history; maintenance staff and vendors work an assigned queue with status updates the tenant can see; and property managers oversee occupancy, delinquency, and open work orders across buildings. Lease renewals surface 90 days out with one-click renewal offers.
- HOA community portal An HOA portal — homeowners view announcements, pay dues, and see their own account ledger; architectural change requests submit with plans attached and route to the review committee with a decision deadline; and violations log with photos, notice history, and a resolution status the homeowner can track. Board members get meeting-pack summaries, and vendors access only the work orders assigned to them.
- Work orders & vendors A maintenance system for a property manager: work orders linked to a unit and a tenant with category, priority, photos and status (new / assigned / in progress / done); vendors log in and see only the work orders assigned to them, update status and attach an invoice; tenants see only their own requests; the manager sees everything with a dashboard of open orders by property and average days to close. Email the tenant when status changes.
- Rent roll & late notices A rent roll app: properties, units, leases with rent amount, due day and end date, and a payments log. A dashboard shows occupancy by property, rent due this month and who is late. A workflow emails a reminder 3 days before rent is due and a late notice 5 days after, and flags leases ending within 60 days for renewal. Owners log in and see only their own properties.
- Owner statements An owner reporting portal: each owner sees their properties with monthly income, expenses by category and net, with the underlying transactions listed. Managers enter expenses with receipts attached. A monthly workflow generates a statement PDF per owner and emails it on the 1st. Owners cannot see other owners or edit anything.
- Listings & applications A vacancy and leasing app: available units with photos, rent and amenities on a public listing page; applicants submit an application form with documents; leasing staff review, request more info and approve or decline with a reason; approved applicants become tenants on a new lease. Applicants log in to see only their own application status.

What’s underneath.
The same platform runs every app the AI builds, so none of this is yours to wire up.
- Roles and row-level security
- Who sees which records is decided on the server, per role and per row. Not by hiding buttons.
- Workflows you can open
- Every automation the AI builds is a list of steps you can read, edit and watch fire. Change the words, save, no regenerate.
- Portals for outsiders
- Clients, tenants, partners, parents or the public log in and see only their own slice of the same tables.
- Audit trail
- Every login, every change and every export is recorded with who, when and from where.
- Real data, real fields
- A date is a date, a status is a dropdown, a record links to its parent. Import the spreadsheet you have today.
- Change it by clicking
- Pick any component on any page and you get its settings, not code. Add a column, rename a field, done.
Questions, answered.
Read the docsCan tenants and owners log in without seeing each other?
Yes. Tenants, owners, vendors and staff are roles, and each role sees only its own rows: a tenant sees their lease and requests, an owner sees their buildings. The server enforces it.
Does it handle work orders end to end?
A tenant submits a request with photos, it becomes a work order, a vendor is assigned and updates status, the tenant is emailed at each step. All of that is described in one prompt and editable afterwards.
Can I import my current rent roll?
Yes. Bring the spreadsheet; properties, units, tenants and leases become linked records with typed fields instead of repeated text.
Can it produce owner statements?
Income and expenses roll up per property and per owner, and a scheduled workflow can generate and email a statement each month.
What if my process is unusual?
Describe it as you would to a developer. If the first version is not quite right, open the setting and change it; you are never waiting on a rewrite.
Describe your portfolio. Get the portal and the work orders with it.
