Project tracking shaped like your projects.

Generic project tools make you fit their model. Describe yours instead: the phases, the approvals, what a client should see, what a late task should trigger. The AI builds the tracker, the views and the portal, and you change any of it by clicking.

The old way.

What it looks like before the app.

  • Status lives in the meeting

The real state of a project is whatever was said on Monday, because the tool is a week behind.

  • Clients ask for updates

Every "where are we?" email is a status page you have not built yet.

  • The tool fits someone else

Your approval step, your billing milestone, your compliance sign-off: none of them exist in the product you pay for.

What Tadabase AI builds for you.

Describe it once and these are the parts you get, each wired to the same data, the same logins and the same rules.

  • Tasks with owners and dependencies

Priority, due dates, blockers and who is waiting on whom, in list, board and calendar views.

  • Client portal

Clients log in and see their project's milestones, files and open questions, and nothing from other clients.

  • Approvals and sign-offs

A deliverable moves to review, the approver is emailed, the decision is recorded with a reason.

  • Time and budget

Hours logged against tasks roll up to the project and to the invoice, with budget burn on the dashboard.

  • Late-task escalation

A task past its date flags the project and emails the lead. Edit the rule whenever the team changes.

  • Reporting

Open work by owner, throughput by week, budget by client, all live and all filterable by role.

What’s underneath.

The same platform runs every app the AI builds, so none of this is yours to wire up.

Roles and row-level security
Who sees which records is decided on the server, per role and per row. Not by hiding buttons.
Workflows you can open
Every automation the AI builds is a list of steps you can read, edit and watch fire. Change the words, save, no regenerate.
Portals for outsiders
Clients, tenants, partners, parents or the public log in and see only their own slice of the same tables.
Audit trail
Every login, every change and every export is recorded with who, when and from where.
Real data, real fields
A date is a date, a status is a dropdown, a record links to its parent. Import the spreadsheet you have today.
Change it by clicking
Pick any component on any page and you get its settings, not code. Add a column, rename a field, done.

Questions, answered.

Read the docs
Can clients see their project without seeing others?

Yes. A client role sees only the rows linked to their organisation. It is decided on the server, so there is nothing to misconfigure per client.

Does it have board and calendar views?

Yes. A task list can be shown as a board grouped by status, a calendar by due date or a table. Switch the layout by clicking the component and choosing it.

Can we add our own approval step?

Describe it and it is built; or add it later as a workflow step. Every automation is a readable list of trigger, condition and action.

Can it track time and budget?

Hours and costs are fields on tasks that roll up to milestones, projects and clients. Dashboards show burn against budget.

How is this different from a generic project tool?

It is your process, not a template of someone else's. And when the process changes, you change the app by clicking, not by migrating to another product.
