School operations, with a login for every role.

Registration, attendance, grades, tuition status and communication are shared data with very different views: staff, teachers, students and parents each need their own. Describe the school and the AI builds the portals and the workflows behind them.

The old way.

What it looks like before the app.

  • Forms on paper, data in piles

Registration and permission forms are printed, signed, scanned and re-typed by the office.

  • Parents ask the office

Attendance, schedules and balances are questions on the phone because there is no portal that shows them.

  • Systems that do not talk

The student information system, the payment tool and the spreadsheet of extracurriculars disagree about who is enrolled.

What Tadabase AI builds for you.

Describe it once and these are the parts you get, each wired to the same data, the same logins and the same rules.

  • Online registration

Applications, documents and approvals with automated confirmations and a waitlist when a class is full.

  • Parent and student portal

Schedules, attendance, grades and notices for their own children only, plus forms to sign online.

  • Faculty tools

Attendance, grade entry and assignment tracking per class, visible only to that class's teacher.

  • Tuition and fees status

Charges and payment status per family, with reminders before due dates and a clear balance on the portal.

  • Events and fundraising

Event registration, RSVPs and donation tracking with thank-you emails from a workflow.

  • Directories and catalogs

A staff directory behind a login and a course catalog with filters, both from the same records.

What’s underneath.

The same platform runs every app the AI builds, so none of this is yours to wire up.

Roles and row-level security
Who sees which records is decided on the server, per role and per row. Not by hiding buttons.
Workflows you can open
Every automation the AI builds is a list of steps you can read, edit and watch fire. Change the words, save, no regenerate.
Portals for outsiders
Clients, tenants, partners, parents or the public log in and see only their own slice of the same tables.
Audit trail
Every login, every change and every export is recorded with who, when and from where.
Real data, real fields
A date is a date, a status is a dropdown, a record links to its parent. Import the spreadsheet you have today.
Change it by clicking
Pick any component on any page and you get its settings, not code. Add a column, rename a field, done.

Questions, answered.

Read the docs
Can parents see only their own children?

Yes. A parent role sees the students linked to it and nothing else, and teachers see only their own classes. The server decides, per row.

Can families sign forms online?

Yes. Forms are records with a signature field; a workflow emails the parent when one is waiting and records who signed and when.

Does it replace our student information system?

It does not have to. Many schools use it for the processes around the SIS: registration, programs, events, compliance and communication, and export or sync where needed.

Is student data handled carefully?

Access is per role and per row, every change is logged, and the platform runs with encryption in transit and at rest. Describe who should see what and the AI applies it.

Can the office change things without a developer?

Yes. Click any page component to get its settings. Add a field, change a form, adjust a reminder. No code, no rebuild.

Describe your school's year. Give every role its own portal.

Registration, portals and reminders from one paragraph, with parents, teachers and staff each seeing their own view.
