What Analyze does
Analyze is a second pass on top of an Ask result. Once the data is on screen, Analyze reads it and writes the takeaway — what's trending, what's an outlier, what changed since last period — in a sentence or two a non-analyst can act on.
Grounded, not guessed
Analyze only comments on numbers that were actually fetched. It cites the records behind each observation and is constrained to the data on screen, so it can't invent a figure that isn't there.
Good places for Analyze
- A weekly numbers email where users want the "so what," not just the grid.
- A dashboard where a one-line read beats making users eyeball a chart.
- Any Ask result where the next question is "is that good or bad?"
