Token Usage dashboard

Beyond the Billing & Credits page, Tadabase has a separate Token Usage dashboard with deeper analytics — per-app, per-chat, and per-call breakdowns. Find it under your profile menu.

  • Total credits used this month vs lifetime.
  • Per-app spend — which Tadabase app is consuming the most AI.
  • Per-chat spend — drill into a single chat to see every call.
  • Daily charts — spot trends over a date range.

Why a single call sometimes shows $0

Some AI calls fall back to a model the provider doesn't bill us for — typically a free model or a cached response. Those rows show with cost source "computed" or "unknown" and don't deduct from your wallet.

Exporting reports

You can copy any view from the Token Usage dashboard as CSV via the export button on each table. Useful for accounting or for sharing usage with a stakeholder.
