Per-app sharing
To collaborate, you share an app with a teammate. Sharing is per app and per person — inviting someone to five apps creates five separate shares. When you share, you grant three independent permissions on that app:

| Modify Data Builder | Add and change tables, fields, and connections. |
| Modify Page Builder | Edit pages / the app's UI. |
| Modify App Settings | Change app-level settings. |
Each is a simple on/off toggle. There is no Owner / Admin / Editor / Viewer hierarchy today, and no team grouping — every teammate's access is defined app by app.
Limits, and the role that isn't this one
How many collaborators you can add to an app is set by your plan. If you can't add another, that's a plan limit.
