Your monthly credit grant
Every paid plan includes free credits each month.
How the grant works #
Paid plans include a monthly credit grant: credits that drop into your wallet automatically on your renewal date: the day of the month your subscription started, on an annual plan too. If our team set up your plan outside of card billing, it's the day we set it up, or the day you signed up. Switching between monthly and annual billing moves the date to the day you switched. Days 29–31 fall on the last day of shorter months. When you start a plan or upgrade, its credits land right away; an upgrade tops the period up to the new plan's amount. You don't have to do anything to claim them. The Credits page shows your next credit date.

Do grants expire? #
Granted credits roll forward as long as you're on a paid plan. A 12-month accumulation cap keeps balances from getting absurd — well above what any normal user reaches.
What happens if I downgrade #
Credits you already have stay in your wallet. You just stop receiving the monthly grant from your previous plan.
